3. Financial control & Management Accounting
Due to size or status, many organisations do not have a Financial Controller. We provide an Interim of part-time Financial Controlling service. As part-time Controller, we can provide a one or 2-day a week financial management expertise performing:
- Weekly review of sales, debtors ledgers, accounts payable;
- Monthly flash update reports on key performance indicators;
- Monthly management accounts and management reporting;
- Regular Profit and Cash Flow forecasts;
